Perma Blend LUXE Lite Blackish Brown is a cool, deep brown brow pigment that appears nearly black. Its approximately 50% reduced pigment load allows artists to build depth progressively, creating richer brow definition with improved control.

Directions for use
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
- Use fresh, single-use gloves when handling the bottle.
- Shake thoroughly for at least one minute before dispensing.
- Close the cap securely after use.
- If dilution is required, use Perma Blend Shading Solutions only. Do not dilute with water.
- Use within 12 months of opening.
